How does Travel Disruption Cover protect you? Our Travel Disruption Cover protects you for the cost of non-refundable and unused travel, accommodation or holiday services already paid by you.

Expect the unexpected: If you need to move to other accommodation on arrival or at any time during the trip you cannot use your accommodation. It protects you from any costs incurred getting additional transport or accommodation to reach your final destination, or get home.

Additional expenses: these are also covered when a customer's trip is delayed, cancelled or cut short as a result of any of the listed events occurring. Events covered recently would have included the Eurotunnel fire, avian flu, Haiti earthquake, Asia tsunami, 9/11 and 7/7 terrorism attacks, volcanic ash, Hurricane Katrina, to name but a few, including any strikes or industrial action.

Airline Failure and Supplier Insolvency

This additional option can be added to your standard travel insurance cover, so you don't need to worry about arranging a separate policy.
